In this workshop, that was organized by Water and Waste Regulatory Office in corporation with Further Institutional Support to WWRO Project (an EU funded project managed by European Commission Liaison Office to Kosovo), the participant’s had the chance to be informed with the following:

 

-          Overview of recent Kosovo Assembly recommendations to WWRO regarding the performance of the seven Regional Water Companies (RWCs)

-          Review of 2009 and 2010H1 overall performance assessment for RWCs 

-          Review of RWC 2009 performance against tariff targets

-          Review of auditing and meter reading checks by WWRO

-          Support to be provided shortly to RWCs through the “Further Institutional Support to WWRO Project” and other donor projects (SDC, Kfw and USAID) in relation to performance

-          Sharing experience with other projects re improving of Collection Efficiency
