        Our Mission

    To implement economic regulation of water and solid waste services in a transparent and equitable manner in order to ensure that service providers deliver qualitative, efficient and reliable services, with affordable prices, with respect for the environment and public health.


        Strategic Goals

(b) Develop and implement regulatory framework which ensures delivery of qualitative services with reasonable costs for the customers of water and waste services;

(c) Safeguard short-term and long-term interests of customers by ensuring that regulated water and waste service providers do not abuse their monopolistic and provide services in accordance with established and appropriate standards of service;

(d) Set water and waste tariffs which balance the needs of customers for affordable prices in one hand and protect the financial integrity of the service providers;

(e) Stimulate competition among water and waste service providers by comparing their performance;

(f) Increase transparency and accountability in the water and waste sectors through performance monitoring and public reports for the demonstrated performance.
